Summary
France has always been a beta, England has always been an "alpha", and their feud has always been imbalanced because of their established roles.
After years of living as each others' number one burden, an unexplainable shift occurs, and the once proclaimed beta experiences his first rut.
In one of the most inconvenient settings, during a world conference, France picks up on a smell that almost overwhelms him right in the middle of the argument stirring between him and Prussia.
When he rushes home to avoid any other unwanted interaction, he doesn't leave without first picking up on a scent that's not familiar, but definitely feels like home.It's an omega's scent...but he doesn't know whose it is.

Summary
England and France are trying to understand what's happening between the two of them, and both have different goals for the next time they decide to meet up.
For England, he would like to help France learn how to live his life as an alpha now that there have been so many changes for him.
For France, he intends to put England in his place and finally gain an imbalance of power over his rival, which includes a little lesson on manners, eager to reward him with an orgasm afterwards.
What they really end up doing though, is helplessly start to fall in love with each other...France more so than England at first.

Summary

Summary
England asks France out on a date, it will be their first romantic outing away from their duties and the other countries so that they can work on deepening their bond with more than just their instinctive need for sex.
While out at a fair in London, England slowly starts to realize how out of touch he is with romance and how stunted his knowledge truly is as a romantic partner.
Where he lacks the courage to speak up or accept affection, France is there to keep him grounded and ensure that he is comfortable while out in public. It's obvious that England is struggling to be himself while surrounded by strangers who don't recognize them as anything other than humans.
When they are alone on a ferris wheel ride, he learns that he can be himself with France, and he slowly starts to face the insecurities of living his life outside of the facade he's created from pretending to be an alpha all of this time around the other countries.But it's okay...again, France is there to tell him that it's okay to breathe.
