Summary
He knew Simon was worried about him, the constant anxiety that had been simmering under his skin had made itself known rather blatantly. At this point he’d cleaned their entire apartment from floor to ceiling twice over, and he wasn’t sure what else he could clean without causing another pipe incident, so he knew he needed to talk to Simon soon.
But the gnawing fear of it all being way too soon, as well as how they would get along kept him from asking what had been on his mind for weeks now. Never mind the fact that he and Simon had been together for close to 2 years, well 1 year 7 months and 16 days, but who was counting?
Ok Ryland was counting, but regardless, he was running out of time to talk about this like a rational adult. For the first time in 3 years, he and Colt both had time off, like at the same time, and his twin was now very insistent that he get a chance to meet Rylands long time boyfriend.
