Tommy scoffed, gesturing back at Oracle, who was dressed in pretty much all black. "Says you, bitch. You look like you're about to rob a bank."
Or: Tommy, a new vigilante, runs into semi-famous graffiti artist Oracle. Despite his alias, Techno can't actually see the future, but that doesn't stop him from being generally cryptic anyway

Summary
Philza was a hunter, though, and more than three years of training and constant vigilance meant he wasn't ever fully unaware of his surroundings. So although it took him a second, he saw the cloaked figure sitting in the chair across the kitchen table, saw them sit up straighter at his entrance in a way that made it seem like they'd been waiting for him.
"Hey, Phil," said a familiar voice.
Philza didn't respond at first, just threw the empty potion vial in his hand, half on instinct.
Or: magical apocalypse, where the actual apocalypse happened three years ago. Philza is doing his best when an old friend (Techno) shows up and throws everything off

Summary
Phil sat in the nest with a huff, and Techno handed him the mug of tea before starting to run his hands through Phil's wing, looking for loose feathers and realigning ones that were just a little out of place. Phil took a sip of the tea - perfectly warm, just shy of hot enough to burn - savoring the faint hint of honey and settling further into the nest.
It was very comfy. The sort of comfort that he'd been missing since they'd started the monumental task of building an empire.
Or: in which emduo are running an empire and Techno accidentally gets hypothermia, so Phil has to somehow get him to take a break. This requires trickery and bribes
