Cooper and Albert go to Illinois to investigate a series of motor vehicle accidents. Instead of evidence, they find an abandoned town, encroaching ice, a shrouded figure creeping ever closer, and possibly the entropy death of the universe. Also known as a typical Blue Rose case.
