Summary
Every bot had a favorite human.
It wasn't exactly spoken out loud, but it was obvious, in a way. Every one of the burns family knew the bots had a favorite human, there was no way they didn't. Much like how each of the burns had a favorite bot.
It was only natural that the bots favorite human was there partners. It wasn't a secret that they spent most of their time with their human partner. After all, why wouldnt they be their favorite human? They had the same job, worked together pretty much every day, and had similar interests.
At least, that's what was assumed.

"At least I'll be able to put Kade in his place a little easier."

"Ow- Chase!"
"Please do not use the holoform purely to upset Kade, Heatwave."
"Hah! Let the mech have his fun, with how your rescues go you'll most likely only use these during down time anyway. I'll be back at the end of the week to make sure they are functional and oversee the projection process."
