Summary
Kim Seokjin wakes on a quiet island near Busan with no memory of who he is.
All he knows is what Jungkook tells him: his name is Seokjin, they are married, and the small house beside the sea is their home.
To Seokjin, his husband is only a fisherman with rough hands, endless patience, and a sadness he refuses to explain. Jungkook leaves before sunrise, returns smelling of salt, and cares for Seokjin as though keeping him alive is the only thing that matters.
But Jungkook is not a fisherman. He is the heir to one of the country’s wealthiest families, Seokjin’s childhood friend, and the husband who realized far too late that the man beside him had loved him for years.
After an accident erases Seokjin’s past, Jungkook abandons Seoul and disappears with him to the island, determined to protect him from the political scandal destroying the Kim family—and from the father who once treated Seokjin as nothing more than something to be traded.
Now Jungkook must live beside the man he married while hiding the truth about the life they left behind.
