Here are the facts: In June 2011, Ilya Rozanov loses rookie of the year to Shane Hollander, and returns home three days later, frustrated and at loose ends. On one of many July nights spent clubbing in Moscow, he walks home alone and vanishes without a trace. Following a fruitless eight-month-search, he is pronounced dead. The MLH's rising star has burned out in a gruesome, tragic end. The world moves on.

They have bigger things to worry about than the obvious mutual attraction they've been dancing around since before their rookie year. They have nothing but time alone, together, and no time to think about what life after this enmeshment might hold.
