Summary
When you go to a beach party, you expect games and fun. Not discovering that there is a secret society of mers lurking below the surface of the water. And especially not discovering that the customer who does nothing but complain is actually a mer himself. It doesn't take much to get the tight lipped mer to open up once Chase was on the case (actually all it took was some chocolate but that was beside the point). Now, the pair are out to discover a way to return Buddy back to being fully human. But a boat trip gone wrong ends up revealing a lot more than the truth about what happened to Buddy the night he was transformed.
