Summary
It is 2022. Shane and Ilya are playing on a team together—in Ottawa, god help them—and they are married, and Yuna Hollander is scheduling sponsorships for them both because that is apparently her love language.
Ilya is letting her, because letting the ridiculous people in his life be ridiculous is his love language, and also because if he doesn’t, she gets this disappointed, hurt look that is entirely too much like her son’s. Ilya is not going to tell her that, but he has his suspicions that she already knows. She brings it out much too strategically.
Shane, however, is not letting her schedule sponsorships. Not on this one, anyway. Ilya can see where he’s coming from, but also, the whole situation is very funny.

Troy leans forward despite the not-insignificant mass of Harris hanging off of his arm. “Wait, I heard my name?”
Even after almost a year with the Centaurs, Troy still gets a tiny pinprick frown between his eyebrows whenever he hears someone talking about him, like anybody talking about him is automatically gonna be talking shit. Or maybe it’s something less tragic; that might just be the face Troy makes when he’s trying to think.
Wyatt has his suspicions, but he keeps them to himself. Even if he’s right, it would probably hurt Troy’s feelings.
“Oh, yes, Troy,” Roz says, a gremlin gleam in his eye. “We are picking who we would fuck.”
“Yeah, right,” Troy snorts.
“No... They are,” Shane says, sounding like he’s wondering if he got abducted by aliens and taken to another galaxy, like Young Justice ending up on Apokalips or something. Which is probably fair.
“They list you last,” Roz tells Troy helpfully.

B huffed a laugh, loud enough that Jesse snorted himself awake beside her.
“Mmm?” He nosed into her hair, sniffing deeply, and B had a moment of being too fond to speak. “‘Sfunny?”
“Good morning.” She kissed his cheek and enjoyed the way it crinkled with his smile. Those lips... “WAGs chat.”
“Mmmf. They nice?” His eyes were already closing again.
“I have had these women for all of five minutes and if anything were to happen to them, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself.” That probably wasn’t the exact meme, but it was early and Jesse probably wouldn’t call her on it anyway. “Rozanov’s girl is vicious, I love her already.”
Jesse’s thick brows came together, and he blinked himself back awake. “Rozanov has a girl?”
