Summary
This series is basically a collection of Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang oneshots set in different alternate universes. There isn't one continuous storyline connecting them, and each chapter can have completely different settings, tropes, genres, and versions of the characters.
So, honestly, anything can happen here.
One day, they might be vampires and humans. The next, they could be royalty, strangers, roommates, ghosts, or something else entirely.
The only thing that remains consistent is that:
No matter how different the world is, somehow, they always find each other.
