Summary
Raccoon City was supposed to be a fresh start.
For Leon Kennedy, it was meant to be his first day as a police officer.
For Claire Redfield, it was a simple search for her missing brother.
Instead, they arrive at the edge of a city already collapsing—
where the dead don’t stay dead,
and survival demands more than instinct. This is not just the story of what happened in Raccoon City.
It’s the story of who they become when everything falls apart.

Summary
Raccoon City was supposed to be the end of the nightmare. For Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, it was only the beginning of everything that came after.
Leon spends the next sixteen years giving pieces of himself to a war that never ends, becoming the man sent where no one else can go. Claire chooses another battlefield, helping survivors rebuild what bioterrorism destroys—and, along the way, building a life of her own.
They move forward. They grow apart. Their paths cross again and again.
And beneath duty, distance, anger, and all the years between, something refuses to disappear.
A continuation of Resident Evil: Embers of Raccoon City, following Leon and Claire from 1999 to 2015—and asking what remains beneath the ashes.
