Summary
“Jap korang sume satu family ke apa siak?” Fakhri asked bewildered, not for the first time thinking Kudrat was some kind of secret religious homicidal cult.
Kahar and Beja purposely avoided each other's eyes while Megat looked befuddled at Abbas, wondering if he was indeed a secret illegitimate half brother.
“Even Bu-Ya pon boleh sampai keturunan dia kat sini,” Kuda, seemingly already connecting the dots on everything, pursed his lips in disappointment. “aku je ke takde pewaris?”
All four, Megat, Reza, Kahar and Abbas stared deadpan at the sight of Kuda and Fakhri standing right by side.
“Apa?” They both chorused quizzically.

In the aftermath, Kahar tries to talk to Fakhri after the burning of Kudrat's metaphorical tradition only to end up haunted by the ghosts of its past.

Summary
“Bas! Hang kenapa?! Apa yang dok kalut sangat yang hang—” Suddenly the Utagha newcomer took a look at Fakhri and did a double take.
“Kuda?! Awat hang nampak muda sangat—” anything the man was about to screech was muffled as Fakhri's eccentric boss suddenly leaped out of his seat and covered the new man’s mouth with his hands.
Fakhri stayed silent unsure how to answer that his name definitely isn't Kuda. Then another one came in.
“Piji! Weyh sumpah kau kene tengok budak ni—”
And when Fakhri foolishly turned around he saw the new man went through five stages of grief in all but a second before he grouched out, “ape benda, sia—”
“Ghetaq kan? Aku sumpah aku dok mai nyaghiq gugogh jantung nampak muka dia! Sama gila dengan hang tau sapa kannn?”
“Li!” Abbas hissed. “Jangan laa cakap kuat-kuat, budak tu dengar laa—”
“Tak sejak bila Kuda ade anak luar nikah? And memang dia buat belahan dedua ke? Sebijik sial muka dia—” the man who’s identity still baffles Fakhri mutters almost venomously.
In every life, Fakhri is an outcast to Kudrat, but this time maybe he gets his found family with an extra baggage of delusional self-claimed partner.
