I've had this monster stuck in my head for probably about 20 years now, and eventually I decided I had to do something with him other than the odd occasional RP. He is NOT a good guy, if the description does not make that painfully clear. He is a predator that uses wealth to support his unsavory lifestyle and makes that wealth selling the same to other people in powerful places.
