Summary
John Price didn't want the responsibility of a pack. Packs were messy, emotional, and always ended up in too little happiness to soothe so much heartache. He wanted a team - a unit, a group of soldiers he could trust.
Nothing more, nothing less.
And then Laswell dropped an omega on his team, and all that careful control he had wrestled with for years, all his plans, went well and truly tits up.
