Description:

The Kelvin timeline was never meant to follow the same path as the universe that came before it.

But some histories echo.

Beginning immediately after the events of *Star Trek Into Darkness*, the crew of the Enterprise moves into a future none of them can fully predict. Jim Kirk and Spock survive Khan, Admiral Marcus, and the destruction left behind by the Vengeance, but surviving changes things.

Around them, Leonard McCoy, Nyota Uhura, Montgomery Scott, Hikaru Sulu, Pavel Chekov, Christine Chapel, and the rest of the crew begin lives that will sometimes resemble the history Ambassador Spock remembers, and sometimes depart from it completely.

Then the Enterprise encounters someone who should not exist, carrying pieces of Spock’s past but facing a future entirely her own.

From there, familiar stories, worlds, enemies, and choices from the Original Series return in altered form.

Some events repeat.

Some change.

And some have never happened before.
