Summary
Riku was still reeling from it. Kairi and Sora, finally sharing that paopu. Of course, Riku had gotten out of the way, sat somewhere else to let them have their moment. Pretended like he wanted to be by himself so that neither would feel guilty… but his heart felt like it was twisting in on itself, like it was seconds away from condensing into a black hole that would consume him and everyone else around him.
This felt dangerous, and all too familiar. He had to get it out somehow, had to purge his system of the darkness that was threatening to bubble over.
He was outside of Terra’s tent before he realized that he had even stood up and left the beach.
