Kaiser couldn’t shift the blame to anything else other than pure curiosity and boredom as he shifted his computer closer, scrolling on the website as his eyes ran over the millions of copy-paste men with lithe builds and clean-shaven skin. His mouse hovered over a screen, a boy with tanned skin, glowing softly under his lights. His body was sturdier than others; Kaiser could recognize a body built from years of sport compared to simple gym bodies. Without thinking, the blonde clicked on the stream; the live stream filled up his entire screen, and he could hear the man now.

“You’re acting like a child, because what? I passed to someone else?”
“Don’t piss me off, Ness.”
“I'm not trying to. You’re being unreasonable; I’m the captain. I can't afford to make any more slip-ups, not after Blue Lock. You think I like getting shit-talked on live television?” His voice had softened around the edges, just the smallest bit. But it was enough for Kaiser to hook on, to sink his teeth in. His body ached for a burst, an outlet.
“I don't care about those shitty small fries or what they think of you. You just need to focus on me.”
Ness scoffed, finally looking up at Kaiser with a fire behind his eyes.
“I told you. I’m not going to just listen to you anymore, Kaiser.” He winced when Kaiser shoved him into the lockers behind, his back hitting the cold metal with a loud bang.
