He’s not, not really, and they both know it- not when Diluc’s wearing a cheerleading outfit at Kaeya’s request and standing in the boys' locker room, where anyone could come in and see, with his arms crossed. He looks like he’d rather be anywhere else, but the fact that he isn’t speaks all the proclamations of love no language would ever hope to put into words.

His conversation partner doesn't respond, but Kaeya can't blame him.
The pretty red-haired boy is tied to the chair placed directly in the line of sight of his main camera. His wrists are bound above his head and out of the way. His legs are slung over the armrests, his knees bound firmly to the wood. He'd woken up a while ago, but the drug still in his system is very effective at what it does, and it's no doubt keeping him docile.

Kaeya plants a hand between Diluc’s shoulder blades, pushing him harder against the metal, forcing him to rub his chest against the cold surface and single-handedly holding him in place. He tugs on his own belt with the other, yanking it free. He then gathers both of Diluc’s wrists into one of his own before binding them together with his belt.
“N-no! Stop!”
Kaeya shushes him almost tenderly, then drags him backwards, towards one of the metal hooks by the shower stalls, probably used to hang personal belongings. He hoists Diluc’s hands up to hook the loop of his belt onto the hook.
“How did it feel when your boyfriend offered you up as a prize in a bet?” Kaeya taunts.

Summary
Diluc was already the guardian angel of the small town when Kaeya wandered past its gates three years ago. He resides in the town church, located atop a small hill some distance away from the town centre, and spends his days caring for the building, its surroundings, and praying for the safety and prosperity of the town. The townspeople, in turn, bring him gifts and offerings, and they sometimes pray together.
It’s a cute little arrangement. It makes Kaeya’s insides crawl.
Humans aren’t good, not in the way Diluc, an angel, is. Kaeya can see the ways the humans of the town look at Diluc, and knows the way the pretty redhead features in more than one fantasy. Sure, no one acted on said fantasies, but if that was all it took to be a good person in Diluc’s eyes, perhaps his angel’s standards were too low.
Admittedly, it wasn't like Kaeya was good, either, but at least he had the excuse of being true to his nature.

Kaeya leans in, crowding into Diluc’s space and forcing him to meet his gaze. “What were you looking at, Diluc?” he asks.
“I was…I just…” Diluc looks down at his wrists again. “You just…”
Something not good, then. “Tell me,” Kaeya says, and when he sees Diluc hesitate, he whispers, “Please.”
That does the trick. Diluc looks away. “You reminded me of someone, is all.”
In this situation, that’s only one kind of relationship Diluc could be referring to. Kaeya shoves down the jealousy that immediately surges at the reminder that Kaeya isn’t Diluc’s first. “Who?” he asks, a little too softly to be casual, but Diluc indulges him anyway.
“Someone from…from before,” Diluc says. “He—he liked to pin me down by the wrists, too. And say things.”

Kaeya makes a mental note to look into the man even as he rushes out of the bar. The moment he hears the door close, he quickly returns to Diluc’s side. Kaeya’s no expert, and while he can’t tell if there are any other side effects, there’s no doubting what the main property of whatever Diluc had been drugged with is.
“Diluc,” Kaeya says urgently, “that man just now—”
“Merchant,” Diluc murmurs. “He…he offered me a drink…” Diluc cries out as a tremor runs through his body. He gasps as he tries to curl up, knees drawing in and arms wrapping around himself.
“Dil—”
The hand Kaeya reaches out towards him is slapped away with surprising ferocity. Kaeya blinks as teary red eyes blink up at him, full of uncertainty and embarrassment.
