Summary
There's a roar of laughter from the smokey table near the stage of the club and Vox is suddenly slamming his hand on the table and laughing too. It's an old fashioned place, very much modeled after the 1920's with someone playing jazz piano on the stage. He says something else to Alastor as he lights him another cigarette and the laughter between them only gets louder. Vox couldn't begin to tell you how many drinks they'd had, but he could tell you it was on the high side even for them.
"Vincent, please. I need a moment to breathe-" Alastor wheezes out as he tries to take a drag from his cigarette.
"Aw, am I too funny for you? Should I go sit somewhere else?"
