Summary
Zootopia has been plunged into a regime of predatory supremacy; predators are on top and prey are no longer subjects of rights. Each captured prey has their memories erased and is assigned a new name and a role from which they cannot escape.
Nick Wilde has spent the last few years completely dead inside and on the verge of madness searching for his missing partner, Judy Hopps. But when he finds her, she doesn't remember him at all.
A wounded Judy Hopps has been living as a servant, unable to remember anything about herself until her former partner rescues her...she doesn't even know his name, she has forgotten their entire shared history and to top it all off, he's a fox.
Nick just wants his best friend back because it is all he dares to desire.
Judy just wants him to kiss her until she faints.(This story is, first and foremost, a romance. A romance centers its entire main plot on the development of a romantic relationship and its journey toward a happy ending, even if there is a secondary plotline. In contrast, a romantic subplot is a secondary relationship within a different genre that adds emotional depth without overshadowing the central conflict).

Summary
What if Judy Hopps had never been captured as a Servant? What if Nick Wilde had been looking for her for six years?
For years, Judy Hopps did everything she could to defeat the regime as a member of the Resistance, keeping Nick Wilde by her side as a comrade-in-arms.
Until she was captured and the mayor handed down an exemplary punishment for her actions.
Years later, all that remains is a broken fox whose only goal in life is to find her, and a small gray bunny living a peaceful life in a beautiful mansion in Tundratown...although she is not a servant.
