Summary
Hal’s relationship with Carol is firmly back in the off section of their on-and-off again when he lets Ollie talk him into spending his upcoming heat with him and Dinah.
And Hal, being drunk and prone to bad decisions, hadn’t said no.
Basically a continuation of a short flashback alluding to one of Hal's past heats with Oliver and Dinah from my longer fic 'For Posturing and Propriety'. Reading that first is not necessary to understand this.
