Mikey dug his nails into his arm hard, silently cursing himself in his mind. He hated parties, hated how they made him feel. He was sad and anxious and everything he didn't want to be, not drunk enough to make it all feel okay. Of course his stupid legs would carry him to the Fall Out Boy bus when he wanted to be anywhere but said party.

International tours weren't for everybody. Luckily, Frank was up too and willing to help. Willing to be there for the boy like he always was.

How silly he was for thinking they’d have spare cash for some booze. Mikey Way is afraid and has no way to cope with it tonight. He was going to let everyone down.
