Summary
Expanding on the amazing fic by the even more amazing Solshine, here I am coming in a fashionable 2 years late to this party! This is a pretty seriously slow burn that spends more time building the gold-nose villain's character than it does focusing on his relationship to the spy. If you haven't read "It's a cheat somewhere" already, I definitely recommend doing that before you read this.

Summary
A continuation of The Right to Ask, based on characters created by the lovely Solshine in her fic It's a cheat somewhere!
Barbara has absconded, leaving Dominik alone to balance his newfound romance with looking after his kids and keeping up his villainy. Identity crises abound!
9/20 update: Given the span of time over which this fic was written, there are QUITE A FEW factual and tonal discrepancies between this fic and The Right to Ask -- while it technically picks up where RTA left off, it's best viewed as a separate work.
