Summary
Another relic of a comment fic, which was written on the fly comment-by-comment and has not be edited since. Saved from the void by the very good @castillon02 so we can now all enjoy the adventures of Cigar, the world's smallest dog, and his love affair with Shoe. Also, Baker Eames and Steampunk Bistro Waiter Arthur as they pitch woo in any given direction.

Sweet and light and author is quite funny. Eames is a hoot, he's SOOOO laid-back (although you get the impressive that he's kind of service Dom just letting Arthur be bossy because that makes him happy... I'd love to follow that in more detail, but this is more the getting to know you than the raunchy sex, sadly).
The threesome w/Cobbs is in the past and in it Arthur was kind of more voyeur than participant (which is sad) so he's actually pretty virginal when Eames starts stalking him. Arthur's never really grabbed anything for HIMSELF, which Eames finds tragic and tries to volunteer himself for.
Also, the tiny miniature Dachshund called Cigar who sits in shoes and rides in pockets, because that shit is CUTE.
Eames is a pastry chef and owns a bakery. Arthur, it turns out, is maitre d' of a Victorian steampunk bistro down the road. Because that makes sense.
