Truly, Sebastian had hit the jackpot. A live-in tutoring gig, where not only did he get paid handsomely, but he was provided a neat little room for him to sleep in, furnished nicely. The location was beautiful, a large, stately mansion tucked away outside the city, with beautiful gardens and a view.
To anyone else, the only downside of the job would be the student, a nasty little brat with beyond a stuck-up attitude. But to Sebastian, that just sweetened the pot. There was nothing he loved more than a brat, and an angsty, sulky one at that.
The irritated look that passes over Ciel’s face nearly makes Sebastian swoon. The flushed cheeks, the furrowed brows, the pout of indignation… Ciel puts his hands on the desk and stands up, mustering up his fiercest, most commanding look. “You work for me. You don’t get to-”
“I work for your parents.”
Ciel’s face twitches further into annoyance, and he stands up fully, stomping towards the door to the study. “I said we’re done for the day!”

Sebastian immediately opened the notification, his attention shifted entirely away from the presentation. His mouth nearly fell out of his jaw as he laid his eyes on the photo.
It was a front facing shot of Ciel kneeling on the bed in the tightest black latex he had ever seen. He was wearing a crop top that stretched across his chest in a way that left absolutely nothing to the imagination, stopping just under his sternum and leaving ample room to show off his waist. Below the shirt were low cropped shorts which cut across his hip bones, stopping about halfway down his thighs.

Sebastian could never let his guard down. Ciel knew that he was protected every hour of every day, with a contract sealing that safety in place. Even without that, Sebastian wasn’t the type of demon to give himself over to idleness or any kind of rest. Ciel had to trick him into forgetting he was a demon at all to force him to sleep.
Ciel held up a soft leather collar, looking down at Sebastian. Sebastian was kneeling in front of Ciel’s bed, almost as if he was going to assist Ciel with getting dressed. The main difference was that Sebastian had taken off his jacket and tie and had undone one button of his shirt to allow Ciel easy access to his neck. “Are you ready?” asked Ciel.
“Yes, master.”
Just the act of kneeling and slipping into a fully obedient mindset had Sebastian’s eyes glazing over as he fixed his gaze on the collar. Despite being a demon, Ciel could see grey tinting the areas under Sebastian’s eyes. He was exhausted and it was up to Ciel to take care of him.

Trusting anything from Lau, be it words or gifts, was a terrible idea. Ciel knew this, and yet he’d done it, witlessly accepting the man’s offering. A parting gift, thanks for a lovely dinner party Ciel had thrown, dropped in his palm as the man left.
It was the boy’s fatal flaw: candy. Six pink little drops, wrapped in thin wax paper. Strawberry flavored. Not Ciel’s favorite, but he was not picky when it came to sweets and Sebastian knew this. The earl had eaten all of them, gone in five minutes.
Sebastian observed the boy from across the room. It’s nearly three in the morning. The servants are long asleep, and yet the earl remains in the dining room. Humming, of all things. It’s perplexing. Sebastian doesn’t think he’s ever seen the boy in a genuinely good mood. It unsettles him deeply.

With just one jerky achoo, he’d changed himself, entirely by mistake, growing two pointy little ears and a thin, twitching tail. To his dismay, he’d become a despised cat himself. And, to his horror, he had not yet been able to remedy it.
Sebastian was, of course, enjoying it immensely. He claimed-- and he could still not lie to him, so Ciel was forced to believe it-- that Ciel had to change it back himself, and Sebastian could not do it for him. He did not, however, try to hide his utter glee at his master’s state. He fawned over the boy, using any moment as an excuse to paw at his ears or tail. They were remarkably sensitive, fidgeting and twitching under the slightest touch. Suddenly, it was as if he couldn’t shake the butler no matter what he did, the man always trailing after the boy, cooing.

But despite all this, Erica felt like something was missing.
That feeling was proven correct when a love spell she cast as a child comes back to bite her in the ass, and the spirit of her infamous ancestor drags her through time to 'find the missing pieces of her heart'. Stuck in Victorian London of all places, Erica has to carve out a place for herself in a new time and place, while also changing a few fates, stealing several hearts and scandalizing the locals.
Oh, and killing a few people. That feels like it deserves a mention.
