Warning: If you're looking for a story that ends beautifully and on a positive note for Osblaine, please don’t read this, this is not that story. This is the story where I want to dive into how deeply June’s betrayal hurt me and how much it would break Nick, if he found out.
As soon as Nick arrived at the airport, he felt something was wrong. But not even in his darkest dreams would he have imagined that the woman he loved so deeply was ready to condemn him to death - if he hadn't gotten off the plane before takeoff. He escaped certain death, but this realization still shattered his world into little pieces - irreparably.

A post-menopausal June Osborne contemplates her life, while in therapy. Whereas until the fall of Gilead, there had never been a tomorrow to look forward to, now all there are, are tomorrows. With Gilead gone now tomorrows were to be feared for their lack of definition. PTSD? Moral injury? Moral anguish and 'soul repair'? Going to one's grave with inner demons? You decide.
A new Chapter one - unlike chapters 2-12 where she was in therapy as an old woman, this new chapter one is a 'negative control' to highlight how June Osborne had changed. From a 20-something Boston-ite, to sexual slavery in Gilead, to a shaky freedom in Canada where freedom was elusive - to her old age in Barrie, Ontario.

Rose is not the shrinking flower we thought she was, and she is about to make Nick's life even worse than it already is. Picking up right where Season 5 ended, we see a new side of Rose and may have underestimated her willingness to let Nick hang. Literally.
