He manages to get an interview with one of the Killer's victims; one Franklin T. Scarlatti. Sometimes things like this...stay with you. Even 40 years later.

TW: whipping with a belt, vague allusion to rape. **Written entirely in hillbilly dialect. It doesn't get better.
