“So, what’s the verdict?”
The hand holding the thermometer pulled it away from the patient’s forehead, and a set of soft blue eyes examined the little screen behind locks of messy golden hair.
“Hmmm… not very good. You’re 38 degrees. And according to the box,” the other hand reached for the packaging and reread the directions. “Ah! Yep! ‘Any temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius, medical attention should be sought.’ You’re definitely staying home today.”
