What he didn’t expect was to come across his friend, Mark whom he presumed was dead. Together the three remaining telepaths must embark on a dangerous and harrowing journey to a place where they may finally be safe.

This was written a few years ago for my 'create a character' project in English class after reading The Chrysalids by John Wyndham.
Early in the book, David met an unusual deviant. In this story we see how this character could have altered everything we knew, and maybe how he didn't.
