Hello and merry christmas my fellow Duck lovers and especially ScroogexMagica fans! As few as we are ;_;
At first, this Fanfiction was intended as direct continuation for @commanders work here "From Pitiful to Piteous" Because I loved it so much!
But I soon realized that both our interpretation of the characters and writing stile just wont match ^^;. Thus I created a different beginning to make this a FanFiction on its own.
Be told I am not native in english and had no Beta reader at hand who could do better. Feel free to give me advise here!
Anyway I hope you enjoy my little story. What is pure fluff and love with some humor and everything I think both Scrooge and Magica could be and deserve, if they just stopped beeing so stubborn. Still I tried to stay as much in character as I could!
Universe is a mishmash from old Ducktales series and all Comics. Like that, Magica has a family, but Webby and Mrs Beakley exist aswell! -

As a Kid I read this Don Rosa Comic (yeah, actually, that happens quite a lot ^^;) Named " A little something special"

Cause even back then I was a huge Dimeshipper (ScroogexMagica) Fan and couldn't stand Goldie and especially the "relationship" Scrooge had with her. It bothered me so much, I glued the pages with the kiss together so I didn't had to look at them anymore ^0^;.
Now, after all this time I had the idea that I could just rewrite the damn thing. And so I did ^^. You need to know the Comic to fully understand everything, for I really just fixed the parts that needed to. But even without you should enjoy a little Scrooge x Magica love ♥
NO Goldie bashing!!!
PS: I love you Don Rosa! Your Magica was the one I grew up with!

Summary
FINALY I finished this project ^^; about time.
It was meant to be just a little FixIT Fan Fiction for the Ducktales reboot "Golden Lagoon" episode, but it ended up beeing more then just that.
Altough it still sets in that episode, especially the beginnging. But you don't really need to have seen it. I explained everything that needed to be known.
I am kinda proud of this one. Hope my few fellow Dimeshippers will like it! ^^
And btw: NO Goldie bashing! Scrooge and her are always friends in my Fan Fictions!

It's not absolutely necessary to know the comic. The most important things are self-explanatory. But I recommend it, its fun. Especially if you love Ludwig von Drake! ♥WARNING: Scrooge and Magica have sex. As always very romantic but unmistakable!
Basicaly: Magica has stolen Scrooge's dime on behalf of Rockerduck to make him lose his business luck. And steals a valuable painting that Scrooge wanted to buy at an auction. She's too smart for the police, but the hobby detective Duckpin (Ludwig) and his friend Poe (Donald) come after her while she's blackmailing Rockerduck.
My story starts exactly where the comic stops. -
