Summary
Mi-an told her that she wanted to come to Sandrock because it was her best option to change the world. Yes, Lucy wanted it too. Why else become a builder in a place like Highwind, right? But really, what she truly wanted was to feel like her life meant something. She wanted to help save Sandrock and she needed Sandrock to save her.
