AU, Modern, Steamy little story about Charlotte Heywood and Sidney Parker. For all of Charlotte's teenage years she's had a crush on Sidney Parker who worked for her father on his horse ranch. He's treated her like a kid since he's five years older than her. That changed when she turned eighteen and he finally gave in to all the flirting. Only it's not exactly how she pictured it would go. Now, four years later, she has inherited her father's horse ranch and she is forced back into the life she left behind.
Lots of sex, lots of fighting, could be seen as quite aggressive at times, and Sidney will be looked at as a douche, I'm sure.

A modern Sidlotte based around relationships within the Sanditon general hospital. Sanditon meets Grey’s Anatomy??
Charlotte is an Obstetric trainee on rotation who meets Tom and Mary Parker prior to her rotation to Sanditon General.
The story weaves the storyline of the TV series into a modern version Sidlotte with familiar scenes translated into a hospital context. Artistic license required! Instead of the cliffhanger, I end with an HEA, I cannot allow an alternative conclusion although Sidney is an arse to begin with....
I wrote this story in one week break from work in February. I have revisited it in the hope of removing glaring grammatical issues and some typos. Added a bit of colour here and there where I felt it was lacking. Thanks to all who have read it and commented and left kudos. So appreciated. -

A dark tale of Council corruption, dodgy developers, backhanders and murky deeds… not really, just a rather silly Sidlotte modern mash-up, with a slightly dark edge. It's inspired by Sanditon, but I can’t promise it’s very true to character, especially Charlotte’s. Anyway, it’s my attempt at a slightly political, slightly messy relationship story. Set somewhere on the Devon coast in the summertime... (Jane Austen liked to go to Sidmouth). There may be some sadness along the way, but there will be a happy ending.

Charlotte is the owner of a newly opened cafe and bakery. She takes pride in her shop and her baked goods. Sidney Parker comes in nearly everyday and finds something to criticize. They both make a lot of assumptions about each other but find discussing Pride and Prejudice at a Book Club tells them a lot about themselves and each other.
Written in dedication to the Sanditon Survival Book Club Facebook Group's 1st anniversary. Notice the similarities of the "Sanditon Steamy Brew Cafe?"
In the facebook group, I asked everyone who wanted to contribute to write a comment and discuss Pride and Prejudice. When we get to that part in the story, these are, for the most part, everyone's comments. I hope everyone who chose to contribute enjoys their little cameo in the story.
This is a short little story and I DO NOT plan to continue it.
