Summary
The pad of Katsuki's thumb presses Izuku's left earlobe against the crook of his index finger, rubbing in firm, strangely soothing circles.
“Who did this,” asks Katsuki, low and deadly quiet.
“No one from the village,” whispers Izuku. The air around them is cold, but his skin is burning. The scar between Katsuki's fingers suddenly seems to flare with nerves. “It's… it's not important.”
Red eyes flare with rage as Katsuki pins him with a hard stare. “It is to me.”

Or, a chance encounter brings the dragon rider demigod, Katsuki, back into mortal Izuku's life. But while sparks fly between them, two major issues stand in their way: an icestorm that threatens to wipe out Izuku's village, and the ancient laws of dragonbornkin which forbid the intermingling between humans and dragon riders.
