Summary
After the mother of Matsumaru Serika fell into a steep debt the pair fled from the Yakuza sent after them. They ended up in a place so dangerous even the most ruthless criminals prefer to avoid it. They thought they could hide within Kantou's Pandemonium, a lawless city where every vice is allowed and actively encouraged. They were wrong.
This story begins as a nameless bounty hunter makes his way into the city in search of Serika. Hired by the Yakuza he is single-minded in his mission. The Yakuza may avoid doing business within the city, but this is a man who thrives in it. Things quickly become more complicated when he finds an unexpected servant. One of the Disaster's Witches of Kantou's Pandemonium, a group of near immortal women who gain immense supernatural power from consuming the ejaculate of human males. After the nameless hunter "helps" a Witch named Wilma avoid being kidnapped by the Witch Hunters, she swears loyalty to him.
Little did Wilma know it would become one of the biggest mistakes she's ever made... though only one thing is certain. The Bull of Phalaris is hungry and it will be fed by the end of this story.
