A very long and epic story with huge amounts of worldbuilding, told through the eyes of a human-raised girl and veteran of the Line who ends up finding she's Alyt Neroon's daughter (courtesy of Stribe experimentation) and becoming part of his Clan and Caste. Well written and bittersweet.
