Summary
This is a Babylon 5 centered tale. It explores a BSG style exodus due to the loss of the Earth-Minbari war. It becomes a crossover with nBSG as of Interlude 1, and crosses with Firefly as of Interlude 2. Most B5 and BSG canon should remain unchanged, including EU materials. However, Firefly will mostly use series and film canon. Its EU began to expand after I had already merged the plots of all of these shows.

I've chosen the working title Instruments of Darkness for the Clark book, because the book is (roughly) modeled on the tragic arc of MacBeth, and that title comes from MacBeth.
The full line goes:

(Act I, scene 3, lines 135-138)
