"You called your brain your 'hard drive' and said you only kept valuable information. I thought you were high."
"No. Not high. I did dabble in drugs for a while at uni, but found them too distracting."
"Like sex?"
"Pardon?"
"You also told me - a fourteen year old, by the way - that you had decided to ignore your need for… oh yes, pointless hormonal gratification in order to focus solely on honing the art of deduction." She seemed far too amused. "See why I thought you were high?"
"You remember our entire conversation?"
She stood and said, "Perhaps my hard drive is larger than yours," with a wink as she left the room.

Summary
"'From the point of view of the criminal expert,' said Mr. Sherlock Holmes, 'London has become a singularly uninteresting city since the death of the late lamented Professor Moriarty.'"
The Adventure of the Norwood Builder
/A. C. Doyle/After the events of the Fall, John and Sherlock are struggling to find back to the life they had. John is definitely not well, but will Sherlock notice it? Contains an unhealthy amount of angst, darkness and depressive thoughts, be careful. The story is written from John's POV, in first person tense. Mind your step.
