And now these are the questions that will be asked by one who never knew she could. Over a century after her sinking, Titanic returns in a new form and a new world. And now she has to contend with not only a change in forms, but the ramifications of the night that made her famous. It is a story of pain, of perseverance, and above all else, recovery.

Queen Mary's rise to greatness was not nearly as smooth as we might think and her origins are very surprising. Especially since Mary herself had kept the truth hidden for many decades.

    Summary

It's 1909 and the competition between the White Star Line and the Cunard Line is fierce. Cunard has just launched Lusitania and Mauretania, recapturing the Blue Riband. White Star has to do something to respond. Thus three magnificent, yet tragic liners are born. This is their story.
A work I wrote eight years ago that I'm finally deciding to post here as I work on completing this magnificent series.

"Imagine if all of those great ships of long ago, the grand ones and the not so grand, imagine if they could tell a story about how their lives were? How it felt for them to be at sea? What they saw, who traveled upon them. Wouldn't that be remarkable?"

This is one of (at this time) three stories I've written since 2013. A prequel, a main, and a yet-to-be finished sequel following the ship's point of view, starting from the creation of the famed Titanic and her sister, Olympic, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to the Great War, and what happens after. It's not 100% historically accurate by any means, but does have some special facts sprinkled throughout. "Titanic's Forgotten Sister" focuses on the life of RMS Olympic before - and following - the tragic death of her sister, Titanic, in April of 1912.

Much gratitude to the person who told me just recently they remember these tales as "amazing and emotional" because that's given me the courage to pick it up again.
