I'm going to give #Fictober a second shot, with the prompts from here, and use them as an opportunity to fill in some background and side-moments from the characters of my Star Trek: Voyager Cavit-Ro Alternate Retelling series, which means most of the events will take place somewhere within the three seasons thus far, or perhaps a flashback or two to pre-Caretaker. Summary
A re-telling of Star Trek: Voyager's fourth season, with two major changes:
In Season One, the senior crew who survived the trip to the Delta Quadrant were reversed, leaving Commander Cavit, Lieutenant Stadi, Doctor Fitzgerald, Lieutenant Honigsberg, and the unseen chief science officer, Zandra Taitt, alive, but leaving the crew without Janeway, Paris, or Kim.
Second, the Maquis ship pulled into the Delta Quadrant was captained by the former Lieutenant Ro and a different group of Maquis.
There are also original characters, based on background characters (the other Ocampa in Daggin's garden) or otherwise from Trek canon, albeit some of it very, very bare-bones, like Okudagrams or "mentioned in dialog."

A re-telling of Star Trek: Voyager's third season, with two major changes:
