I seem to be a fan of emotionally intimate one-on-one scenes, don't I? Ahh well, another one won't hurt anyone.
Will one Jonathan Mackenzie Crane ever get to his intended point? Maybe. Maybe not. He does like to let things drag on at the worst of times, if not always purposefully. This is one of those "break" scenes smashed between other, more major scenes. It doesn't introduce new characters and isn't a super essential part of an arc if you've been keeping up with my work, but it does contain a few tidbits of character information that might be new to some readers. Provided that sort of thing entices you. I will say one more thing; it's fun writing characters who understand each other.
