Summary
The man who lost their life wasn't of anything of note—an average person. The noticeable quality (although not a good one) was the tendency to overwork and toil at the cost of succeeding in their dreams that stayed etched in their minds. Awaiting to be realized for others.
It would come as to no surprise that to continue this habit would be to pay their final cost - their own life.
So when their curtains closed, The Fried One opened it (A surprise for them, knowing they come from a different plane).
Why?
To ask for something, to be the new protector of the Alpha Brick - their choosing but a coincidence.
They accepted, even with The Fried One adding a clause. That their access will come in droplets, slowly unlocking - easing the child into his role - a start of a new life. Just one thing...
The Fried One just didn't actually tell him that he wouldn't be dropped into the home reality of Duelshire - but a more chaotic one. Inpherno of PHIGHTING! - which he barely played... Well, it was that or an immortal zombie apocalypse courtesy of Bloxburg so.. honestly the better outcome.
