She had begun to develop a clear understanding for magic as a whole, which showed great promise, but when the students began studying the healing magics, Ak’hta had trouble recreating the desired spells & results. Petra had hired tutors and personal instructors to work closely with Ak’hta, but one after another they had all left her home shrieking about scales & sparks. It hadn’t made any sense at first, but after the letter from the clericy had arrived earlier that morning, suddenly it wasn’t a mystery anymore.
