Ever since the day he was born, Issei has always been special. He is a never-before-seen occurrence, a hybrid born from union between a Dragon and a Human born with 0 complications. Though his father was never present, as neither he nor his mother know his father’s name due to his conception being from a relationship that lasted a single night, he still received training in how to master his draconic powers.
He received this training from Ddraig, the Red Dragon Emperor who resides within the Boosted Gear, which he awakened at the age of 5 in a fit of emotion.
He cares not for the conflicts between the different factions, and purposely hides his great amounts of power in order to prevent any of them from targeting him, either for recruitment or assassination, but eventually, he is forced to drop his disguise as he embarks on the path to prove himself as the strongest of all Dragons, and claim the position of Dragon King.
