Summary
This is my deliciously self-indulgent overly complicated headcanons and summaries of the Library departments - what they are and how they ended up that way.
Includes smatterings of real life history, quite a lot of book quotes, and an awful lot of headcanon. Might be useful for anyone who wants a sense of history to their Library world building but can't dig into it themselves.
