Summary
Surviving a murder attempt from some angry Obscurists by the skin of his teeth, Jess and his found family try to get through the recovery process. But it's difficult when Jess suffers life-threatening reactions from the alchemical use of quintessence - the very process that keeps the Library functioning.
Future fic, non-compliant with Sword and Pen. Heavy whump fic, existing purely to produce hurt/comfort.

BDSM-verse, where everyone is dom, sub or switch.
Khalila hasn't been taking care of herself, and she's right at the edge of dom drop. But it's fine. She'll be fine.
But right now she has the shortest fuse in the world and it is SO difficult to be Nice when all she wants to do is Take.

Summary
The only pressure heavier than being High Commander of the Library of Alexandria is the pressure that Niccolo Santi puts on himself to be perfect at it. Wolfe knows how to remove that pressure, if Santi will let him.
Comfort kink, dominance/submission, likely to be explicit S&M in later chapters.

Kink and Bone by TheGreatLibraryFangirl (Mazeem)
Fandom: The Great Library Series - Rachel Caine
12 Dec 2023
Summary
This is where my kinky stuff goes! (Note, this is also where the occasional not-kinky- thing goes, just because it's set in this verse.
The main characters here will be Khalila and Dario, with occasional cameos from others. The fics follow a vague timeline, tracing their journey from adventurous newlyweds to a much more full-spectrum M/s relationship.
'Everyone Is Kinky' in this (apart from Glain) and most of them are fucking/playing together.
Set at various moments post-canon, from 'quite soon after' to 'years'.

Summary
I made a series for this as well as a fic so that I could post longer/multi-chapter ideas as well as snippets.
--
Broadly described as full of drunk sex and extreme power dynamics, age gap fetishisation, oral fixations.
Read the tags. Do not expect good characterisation. It's porn.

On the Subject of Noncon Fanworks: Thoughts of a Reader, Writer, Survivor by Anarfea
Fandoms: Sherlock (TV)

Summary
This is the first of a series of essays I wish to write on the Gender Politics of Sherlock fandom. There are many things I wanted to say at the official panel but was unable to, since it was derailed by a group of individuals who showed up with the intention of intimidating and harassing the panel moderator. In future essays, I’d like to share my thoughts on femslash, Mary Sues and the fridging of female characters, on heteronormativity in slash, and on queer representation beyond slash (bisexual, pansexual, asexual and trans people in fanworks and fan spaces). I’d like to touch on race and being a queer Woman of Color in a fandom mostly interested in White male characters.
Before I get to those subjects, however, I feel a need to return to the original intended topic: the essay I began writing on my phone on the plane.
And that essay is on the subject of noncon fanworks.
