The cold and the rushing winds become normal, even welcome thing, and you start to stop thinking about the company of others. So, when company does find you, it is something of a special occasion. For people who have experienced the nights for as long as Professor Natquik has, it is a special occasion you take full advantage of.
This one’s a pretty straightforward little fic. I’ll admit I just find this arctic fox irresistibly charming and wanted to see him get some attention. Tracker just struck me as a perfect match for him. Here’s hoping you enjoy a bit of fun with this old fox as much as that polar bear does.
