Arabic, though, is Keria’s language, and it is hers in a way Greek could never be.
After Eskander is gone, Keria speaks Arabic to her son.

Summary
Recovery will be a long process after everything he's been through, but Wolfe is making progress. More importantly, he is finding that there are people he can talk to when he's having a hard time. One night, Wolfe visits Eskander for tea and help working through some intrusive memories of Qualls. Eskander's trauma isn't exactly the same as Wolfe's, but they have enough in common to help each other.
