Summary
The night before their supposed wedding, Evie tries to devise another escape plan while attempting to bring Walter’s guard down. But as the conversation continues through the night, Evie finds herself unable to decipher who’s tricking who; and the fear of possibly agreeing to the monstrosity of all of this starts to waver.
