POV Mairon. Fluff and pining.

Summary
When Morgoth finally breaks the Door of Night, he finds a world different than he had left it; his actions will manage to surprise his opponents. With his precious at his side, he attempts to start something entirely new.
Canon divergence (Dagor Dagorath does not happen).
"And how did it go, building without demolishing? Taking without releasing? Stretching without cutting… Waiting without an end, Manwë, do you know how that feels? You may still find out."
A special "thank you" goes to the wonderful mae-it-be-an-evening-dhros , who took time to read the initial pile of grammatically incorrect words and turn them into a fanfic.

Summary
Elrond and Elros, after yet another horrible day of being hostages for their mother's Silmaril, awaken in an unfamiliar forest where the sunlight doesn't seem quite right, and somehow run right back into the arms of their captors.
Maitimo and Makalaurë have no idea who these children are, but it seems like they're supposed to raise them. It's more difficult than it sounds, because somehow they don't speak Quenya.
In other words, the twins time travel to Valinor in the Years of the Trees and proceed to be parented against their will.
