He just didn't like it, because emergencies in the middle of the night that couldn't wait until morning were among the most unpleasant, usually the kind that meant war, tragic death, or some other but equally unpleasant problem.

Yan Dooku has received chocolates from his padawan, Komari Vosa, his Makashi students, and of course from Jocasta Nu and Sifo-Dyas, his special friends. Meanwhile Qui-Gon Jinn has received chocolates from Tahl Uvain, and 13-year-old Obi-Wan Kenobi is experiencing his first Love Day as a padawan, trying to source return gifts for Master Tahl and his friend Bant. His encounters while shopping outside the Temple (unsupervised) result in a vision about a mysterious Mandalorian girl he hasn't met yet.

And so, the son and the daughter, of a time before-yet-after, contrive a plan. They do not need a powerful force sensitive, or a chosen one. They do not need someone ordained by fate or part of a holy Dyad.
They needed someone ordinary – someone who would change the world simply by refusing to die. Jon Antilles was too cautious and stubborn to jump through the force vergence, and Quinlan Vos too reckless and in-the-thick-of-it to follow any set plan.
But maybe, instead, they could push someone (Some people…) into the space between time by accidentally-on-purpose.

Hace miles de años los Jedi eran conocidos por seguir casi a raja tabla los caminos de la fuerza y utilizar su conexión con ella para contemplar el porvenir. Una especie de trance al que solo unos pocos con la suficiente fuerza podía acceder y este estado les fueron reveladas dos profecías.
La primera muy conocida sobre un elegido que traería a la fuerza el equilibro que se perdería con el tiempo y la segunda solo conocida por unos pocos que investigaban lo suficiente; hablaba de un alma libre nacida de la nada como una encarnación de la fuerza misma. Esta seria la encargada de mostrar al elegido como traer este balance compartiendo con el una conexión tan fuerte que volvería su fuerza la del contrario y viceversa.
Por obvias razones su profecía fue olvidada pues si unos pocos creían la idea de un elegido muchos menos creían la de una guía y sus leyendas pasaron a ser solo un cuento infantil que se le enseñaba a los jovenes aprendices. -
